What Is Breat(h)tation?

Breat(h)tation is a somatic meditation method that uses intentional breathing, guided awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence to support emotional and energetic transformation.

Unlike traditional meditation practices that ask you to “quiet the mind,” Breat(h)tation works through the body first.
